Stayserv.cz — a Landing Page for the StayServ digital platform, which connects clients, landlords and service teams in one system. First, we developed a CRM platform for the project, helping manage service requests, properties, work statuses, contractors, maintenance history and photo reports. After the CRM was completed, we created a Landing Page to present the platform features, show real CRM screens and explain how the service works for users.
The goal was to develop a digital product for property maintenance management and then create a Landing Page that clearly explains the CRM value for clients, landlords and property managers.
CRM platform development. We created a working system for processing requests, assigning tasks to teams, tracking statuses and storing the history for each property.
User roles. We prepared separate logic for clients and landlords: clients can quickly submit requests, while landlords can manage properties and service processes.
Maintenance management. We implemented the structure for repair requests, cleaning, technical works, specialist visits and other property-related services.
Landing Page development. We created a page that presents the platform, CRM advantages, service categories, usage scenarios and encourages users to register.
Interface presentation. We added CRM screens to the Landing Page so visitors can see not just a general description, but a real system: dashboard, requests, calendar and property cards.
