The Chisinau International Marathon has already become a traditional sports event in Moldova, uniting adults and children, professional runners and amateurs from different countries. It takes place annually in the Moldovan capital in September. The Studio Webmaster team could not ignore this event and, since 2018, have become its full-fledged participant.
Our forces were divided even at the stage of registration for the marathon. Some thought that they could easily master the 5-kilometer distance, others decided to try their hand at running for the first time, so they tuned in for 1.5 km.
On the day of the race, there was both a little fear and an anticipation of fun. When a large number of people gather with a common goal, it becomes a little exhilarating, but there is also a spark of excitement - who does not want to cross the finish line first?
But to win (not only in sports), you need cohesion, team and fighting spirit, as well as a leader who inspires new achievements. All this has helped us successfully complete our projects for 10 years.
On September 30, 2018, within the framework of the International Chisinau Marathon, every webmaster reached the finish line, regardless of the distance! It was a small, but still a victory over oneself for each of our employees, which we are very happy about.
““I ran easily and with pleasure. When I was at the finish line, I realized that I could run at least half the distance again! It was very cool and unforgettable. The guys from the development department pleasantly surprised us - they easily overcame their first in life 1.5 km and promised that next year they would raise the bar to 5 km, ”says Anna Marincheva, head of the Internet marketing department at Studio Webmaster.
This is just the beginning of our sports adventures! We promise to continue to work on ourselves, because in a healthy body there is a healthy mind! And this is the most important thing for a good mood, productive work and prevention of professional burnout. See you at the International Chisinau Marathon in 2019!
